I have a bad feeling the Honey Badger is gonna piss someone off into a personal foul penalty. The trash-talkers like Dre and Maze need to have their head on straight this game and just do their job every play. I agree with Fidy, Maze's admission that this would get under his skin wasn't the best thing to say two days before the game.

I really hope Saban is taking the Gene Stallings approach to this game, a la keeping your team focused on beating them on the field.  Honey Bunny does enough trash talking for the entire 1992 Miami Hurricanes and then some.

Wow, I had no idea that his family life was so Ed.  Explains a lot, this guy has needed a father figure for a while now.  

"Mathieu was one of five children born of his mother -- but the only one she didn't raise. He does not know why she didn't.

"I really don't want to know why," he told Fox Sports.

When Mathieu was two years old, his father was sentenced to life without parole for murdering the new boyfriend of one of his ex-lovers. Asked by Evans about his father, Mathieu was short.

Ingram's father was influential in his life and although he made mistakes there was a bond between them.

The way I see it, Mathieu looking up their mom's names seems like he's just going to say "Hey, Maze, how's ______ doing" or "______ is looking good up there in those stands, man." I don't think he's going to say any really inappropriate stuff about their moms, just mention their names and make something kinda funny out of it.

Hey, if it gets in their heads and takes their focus off, he's done his job. Be bigger than it and ignore it. Cause once you acknowledge the trash talk, he knows he's in your head and will just keep talking more. Trash talk happens all the time in all sports. You just have to be mentally strong enough to ignore it. A lot of players make their careers out of talking trash because they know it will mess their opponents up. It's a part of sports. I feel he'll know from his own family experiences to not bring up anything too sensitive to the players.
