If anybody in the SEC is gonna beat UK, it is gonna be on their home court. Nobody in the league beats UK on a neutral floor.

I wonder if sec fans get tired of our confidence/cockiness/arrogance. Its just a hard habit to break.
I see us running through the sec this year. Maybe losing to Florida in Gainsville. This team will be better than the 09-10 team come march.

You already know the answer to that.

Davis' is on a friggin absurd pace w/his blocks. I can't believe how ridiculous he is. Hopefully Jones' "lightbulb" went off against Carolina and we get that production consistently from him the rest of the way. MKG, AD, and Lamb are gonna do what they do. Teague's showing signs of improvement, though he still needs to step it up. Miller, well, he's finally playing w/some confidence and relative consistency. He's never gonna be a 10-15 guy every night, but we may not need him to be.
KSR just linked Rush the Court's BCS rankings for basketball. Definitely worth checking out:

Of course, we're #2. Maybe Providence will hook Syracuse up w/the same treatment they just gave Little Brother. Hook it up Friars.

Miller has absolutley no confidence or assertivness. He's a 6'8 guard and will always have a miss match in every game.
But on the miss st game, i think if that big sidney guy would get off his ass and work hard st. would be so damn good. His cardio is piss poor. A possible final four team if he lives up to his potential.
ps-where's the spell check?

When I say confidence, I'm using relative terms. Compared to what he was prior to now, yeah, he's got confidence. Don't confuse it w/swagger...he'll never have that. Reminds me of 'Buke....looks like Tarzan plays like Jane.

I hope the game goes into overtime again. The miss st games are always the most intense, seeing how they always seem to play their hardest against us. From what i hear their coach doesn't seem to like us much.
Hope there arent any bottles thrown this game.

I've said it before, we face some stout opposition in Kentucky, the refs and Rick Stansbury.
May God be with our players. I hope Coach Bost has us ready to play.

If renardo sidney comes out ready to play then miss st will be trouble for us. If not...well prepare to see a few highlights from Davis.

I would argue that true UK basketball fans that truly know the game are no more assured of themselves than Alabama, or LSU, or Florida football fans.
There is no more knowledgeable fan base in college basketball than UK. UK basketball is arguably one of the greatest college programs of any sports program.
How else do you explain what a big deal it is when they go on the road to play a game, especially conference games. Biggest crowds, other team's best performance, etc. Couldn't be a bigger compliment to Kentucky basketball. Tell me I am wrong.
