Running back Dontre Wilson is commiting tonight. Many believe that he will choose Ohio State.

If he commits to Ohio State, I like our chances at Ezekiel Elliott.

Wilson committed to Ohio State. Elliott was told that he would be the only running back in the class and now Urban Meyer is going back on his word. I'm starting to like our chances.

I think that I would give us a 50% chance at getting Elliott. Everything that I have been recently hearing has been good and it really helps that Wilson committed to Ohio State. It sounds like we will definitely get Singleton and I like our chances with Outlaw. If we get all of those it will be a pretty good class considering our record this past season and the fact that we have to establish new pipelines.

Terrible end of the class. We missed out on Elliott and Outlaw.

Looks like they want to start winning in the trenches. All about the lines in the SEC.

I missed this. We don't have much right now. We have three 3 stars, 2 two stars, and a couple unranked players. The good thing is we managed to get a receiver from Hillcrest and his name is DGB! http://rivals.yahoo....014/missouri-22

If we can make a bowl game and beat one of Florida, South Carolina and Georgia; we should start to pick up in recruiting.

Out of curiosity, how much good will did/does Pinkel get? Is he on the hot seat? Typically we're not good, so I'm not gonna talk trash about the past. You guys have had a more successful program historically. But Stoops was on the job for 2.5 months and got us the #29 recruiting class (Rivals) and you guys had the #41. Currently we're sitting on the #16 class for 2014, you guys #43 (yes...it's way too early, but bear with me.)

The point of this isn't to compare Kentucky to Mizzou necessarily. It's to point out that Vandy has pulled themselves up out of the cellar to the point of genuine respectability. We are in the process of doing so. South Carolina and Georgia are certainly looking stout as Original Image: http://www.sectalk.c.../lanekiffin.gif. Florida will continue to win (even though I have no faith in Muschamp to win long term...that's another discussion entirely.) That leaves Tennessee, who remains a question mark in my book. I don't think Butch was a good hire, but he's recruiting damn well, so maybe my deep seated hatred for all things Vol is clouding my judgement.

I know you guys keep saying last year was a down year and that things will get better for you...but unless there's some shaking up in CoMo, I think you guys are in for a rude awakening on what your ceiling is in this conference. Again, not talking trash, more or less asking you guys what you think/see your future (say next 5 years) and what potential changes are on the horizon or that you guys would like to see in your program to make it more competitive.

I think they had the injury bug just as bad as we did last year.

We did have the injury bug as UK4Life pointed out. We were playing with a makeshift O Line and our backup QB played half the season. I still don't think that Pinkel is on the hot seat but he is getting closer. You pointed out the Stoops got a good recruiting class in a short amount of time but Mizzou didn't have a good class. I think that is because players can see change at Kentucky with a new coach and new system. At Mizzou, there is no change with the head coach so the players are looking at the same system.

This and next year are make or break for Mizzou and Pinkel. This year we need to make and win a bowl game to impress some recruits. Next year we will have some players contributing who were recruited to play for us in the SEC. If Mizzou can do good in these next two years, I think we will be having some decent success in the near future. If we did bad, it will take years for us to get out of the bottom of the conference.

We got another commit today. It is Paul Adams, a three star offensive tackle from Nashville.
