Clay Travis is one of, if not the biggest POS's in journalism today. That is all.

"Johnny, we're going to kick your ass today." -UK Coach Fran Curci to UT Coach Johnny Majors before Curci's last game.
Final score....UK 21 - UT 10

Clay Travis doesn't believe 99 percent of the things Clay Travis says. That said I find him entertaining.

Exactly...he's just a troll w/a press pass.

He's typical of the new breed of sports "journalist"... little credibility and even less integrity. Essentially he's a pyromaniac... just a fire-starter.
That said, he does end up being the blind squirrel once in awhile, as anybody with press credentials is apt to do if they snoop enough; but ultimately he's just another in a profession literally dominated by and overrun with narcissistic pieces of bat sh!t... which can be, oddly enough, occasionally entertaining.

You ain't the only one....... I would hope he'd be a good ways down on our list of potentials if Richt gets canned. Not saying he isn't a great coach, just hasn't quite proven too much yet, I'd like to see him coach somewhere else for a while first

Actually Mullen is an outstanding recruiter; where you're recruiting kids to has as much to do with recruiting success as who's doing the recruiting. No offense to MSU, but recruiting to UF and UGA is considerably easier.

All Mullen would have to do at UGA is win some games and the recruits would fall into his lap... and recruits aren't everything.

Yeh, Clay Travis is basically the off-brand version of Paul Finebaum.
If there's one person who has more crappy things to say about football in the state of Alabama than Finebaum, it's Travis. But at least Finebaum sticks to that. Travis' issue is he tries to throw basketball into his "repetoire" and constantly berates and insults the state of Kentucky, as if he knew a damn thing about the sport in the first place.
