I will agree, its fiscally irresponsible to fight two wars and cut taxes. But man, its some bullsh!t that the government is entitled to 39% of your money...hate hate hate the progressive tax system

Is there a key on your keyboard that has "lmao" on it or did you see someone under 40 write that and think it is what all the young, cool people are doing? I hate to break it to you, but unless you have a hello kitty iPhone case, you probably shouldn't be using that. OMG! ROTFLSHMSFOAIDMT!!!

I haven't been a sub for years and by "phony" I'll assume you mean Graduate Level. You assume I don't/haven't read the bible (I was talking about the Book of Exodus specifically, so I guess you could read it from the Torah and not the Old Testament, and how it refers to the promised land of Canaan, which you seem happy to base your foreign policy ideas on) and I'd be willing to bet you hear every little. You certainly don't listen. And for your "points", I don't refute hypotheticals because... well... they're hypothetical, not fact. I live in America because it's the only country that will suffer fools, even if I won't.
Edit: Before you got your degree, you should have learned that the "love it or leave it" false dichotomy doesn't work on educated people.
Edit: Before you got your degree, you should have learned that the "love it or leave it" false dichotomy doesn't work on educated people.
But then you've asked us "idiots" to pray for, I believe it was your grandmother ? So in one breath you want the idiots to pray and the next breath when it works for you, you make fun and become condescending. Which is it today ?
Edit: Please be sure to make your cleaning up process sound like you mean it. Don't Google like you've done the rest of your biblical argument.

and what to lead that disparity from 2000-2008? it just COULDN'T have been two wars and revenue-killing Bush tax cuts, could it?
Here, read it again and I'll highlight the relevant portion
me, myself and I said:
Well, whats actually wrong with this is that if you take the budget from 2000, and adjust it for inflation, economic and population growth, we're sporting a budget surplus of $100 billion even with the tax cuts.
You can gripe and grouse about tax cuts all you want, but the fact is, tax cuts have NOT ONE SINGLE THING to do with the fact that in absolute terms our federal budget is now DOUBLE what it was 10 years ago. Do you get that? DOUBLE.
The best available sources say that Iraq and Afghanistan combined, have cost $1.2 Trillion over the last 10 years. That's an average of $120 billion a year. So that leaves $1.88 trillion a year in other spending increases over the last 10 years.
So WTF else are we spending all this money on? What did we do just fine without 10 years ago that nobody can bear to lose today? People sure weren't dying in the streets 10 years ago.
I mean, hell, you can try and play the "Blame Bush game all you want but this issue is far bigger and stretches across both parties. Bush and his republicronies may have increased spending over 8 years from $2 trillion to $3 trillion, but since 2008, Barack and his democronies have gone up from $3 trillion to $1.2 trillion....
