They both come out this year anybody want a sig bet on who gets drafted first Richardson or Davis? I'm kidding but my moneys on Richardson going first round and Davis late 2nd or 3rd and that's without leading the SEC in rushing.

"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships. Conference Championships and National Championships. I love it here because that's just not what I want, but what this fan base expects." --Alabama Head Football Coach, Nick Saban

Have you even read his whole quote? I know the "heppin bidness" is all funny and what not, but then again it's really not as funny as you wish when he's winning the FCA coach of the year award. And that does mean something.  It's just silly what some of you bulldogs come up with to try and make fun of him for. But keep mocking him, (like the quote said earlier up the paragraph) Nutt's worried about getting us to Atlanta, through whoever that might be. Not worried about some back and forth trash talk between himself and Mullen. And yeah, Mullen's got whatever his mojo is right now, working against Nutt. Must be affecting him some, but in the long run, Nutt's right, and is staying on course with the big picture, as well as focusing on the egg bowl.
Is someone having their monthly visitor?

LOL, the Fellowship of Christian Athlete's coach of the year award means something? Does it now? What might that be?

Oh don't worry, I and every other Bulldog and most Hawg fans will continue to mock him. He is the gift that keeps on giving. Nutt couldn't get OM to Atlanta if his life depended on it. If he couldn't get Arkansas to ATL, he sure as hell isn't about to get OM to ATL. Bank on that bro.

Nutt isn't talking b/c he has nothing to say. He knows that the stash of Orgeron-recruited players are gone. He knows that the players on the field are his now. He also knows that if he doesn't have a winning season this year or the next, and beat State in one of those years, that his ass is grass.

University of Mississippi officials have confirmed reports that the school’s reserve of damns has been completely exhausted.

LOL not sure if serious. Please tell me you know more about Nutt's tenure at Arkansas than that. Lmao you might be having monthly visitors soon

You used to have some reasonable posts about Ole Miss, like even a month ago, but now you just trash anything and everything Ole Miss on this site and most of the time for no reason. He doesn't care about Orgeron's players? He's brought in good recruiting classes himself. That's the best you got? The "Orgeron's recruits" argument? You will have a lot to learn in these next 4 years

It's going to be so much fun watching reality settle in on the rebs this season. Do you all honestly think you'll stay on top against Mullen for long? I couldn't even type that with a straight face. Do you all honestly believe that you'll have another number one recruit pick you again because of family obligations? lmao.

That he won't ever win you more than nine games in a single season. Put it your sig. In three years, when he's lost to State twice and he's standing next to Houston Nutt in the unemployment line, we'll be laughing.

Yeah, I forgot that Nutter got them to ATL in 2006. You got me there. :embarrassed:

Yeah, I do bash them more the closer it gets to football season. The closer to football season it gets, the more difficult I find it to be nice and, as you put it, "reasonable" to OM fans. Such is life.

I never said that Nutter didn't care about the Caveman's players. I said that this past year's and this years players are predominately his. We saw what happened last year and will see what happens this year. I stand by what I said earlier this week; if Nutt finds a little bit of defense this year, Mississippi could win 7 games this year. If not, well, look for last year's result.

Teams playing Arkansas didn't scheme to stop Knile Davis.  They schemed to stop Mallet and Petrino's offense from throwing for 600 yards and 5 tds.  Davis is a good back, but he got a lot of his yards because of this.  He's going to have to do it two years in a row (i.e. with no Mallet) in order to convince people he's the real deal.  If he puts up better numbers than Lattimore or Richardson this season, then I'm on board.

Everyone in the conference knew the ball was going to Lattimore, (see his 40 carries vs. FLA as well as the UGA game).  It's Lattimore's Yards After Contact (YAC) that set him apart in my opinion.

I think you can question the Richardson pick over Davis, because he hasn't proven as much.  The media loves him because he's a weight room freak and you know that Alabama is a run first team that will rely on Richardson because of the inexperience at QB.

yeah, thats all people like him for, weight room freak...........try freak on the field!  have you not seen this guy run the ball?
