I like the vbookie so far its the sh!T im pretty used to the system
Another board i was apart of used it

i think this has been asked i dont know the answer so i will asked it again

ok so when u bet all your chips and lose meaning u have 0 and have no pending bets
how does it work ..im guessing u get reset at 1000 when does it reset once u lose everything?

and i think we should have a bookie section/sub section
it would make it easier to access if we had a betting section and a button u can click to get
to the bookie stuff.. then in that section we could have a spot for settled bets(mods could close and move there)

and if we had that section where u could click to get there it could be set up to show the vbookie stats
thats how another board i was on did it  ..it had who has most chips.. whos total of all time chips was the highest
which events had most betters(super bowl was) and other lil stats sports lovers like us would be interested in

I dont know how much trouble it would be to set it up but i think it would make the bookie easier to navagate
and make the section more popular and i know we gonna have alotta traffic there come football season

thanks

We haven't set up a system yet, still in discussions on how we will reset if you lose all your cash. Right now I advise no one to go "all-in", at least save yourself 100.

Too much work honestly, we'll just put them in the Pro sports and Official Game Threads section when college football kicks up. We don't have a lot of traffic there as it is right now, there is still a possibility we'll have a sub-forum though.

I recommend using the What's New tab or at least switch up with it every once in a while. From there you'll be able to see bookie events and every other thread without going to each forum. It's much easier whenever you first log on and saves a lot of time, bookie events should be visable with the new prefix we have now.

Appreciate you taking a special interest in it, I can definitely start a thread for games people wanna see. It's just the slowest month of the year in sports right now, so we'll kick that up this fall. I expect a lot more action with College Football, College Basketball,  NFL, and NBA. If the lockouts get worked out of course.

I also think it would be cool if you earned cash for posting like I've noticed happens with your rep lately.

Yeah I agree, we've discussed that and we're gonna see what Benny thinks.

I like the ideas.  Problem w/a subforum is that we have official game threads which are going to have the vbookie stuff in them, and we already put those in a subforum.  Ideally, yeah, we could just start putting everything in a vbookie subforum, but it just wouldn't make sense to do that for the non-football and basketball ones that are going to be created.

The issue of running out of vcash is a known one, at some point I think we're going to have to issue a bailout to make sure we can really get the vbookie thing going full force in time for football season.  Like Tider said, Benny's gonna have to handle that.  As for the stats I really like that idea.  I have no idea what it would take to get that integrated, I can't imagine it'd be too difficult since we already have the top bookie user sidebar.

"Johnny, we're going to kick your ass today." -UK Coach Fran Curci to UT Coach Johnny Majors before Curci's last game.
Final score....UK 21 - UT 10
