Ohio State's biggest problem right now is how the NCAAs sanctions on USC were too harsh.

They set a standard and Ohio State's crimes were worse than USC's. So Ohio State has to receive larger sanctions.

EDIT: Also, if he knew about it, I am under the impression Seastrunk would want the cash in his pocket, not in the pocket of an agent

Not knowing for sure but don't you think he recieved part or all of it, how else would he be able to pursuade him to go to Oregon to play football.? He must be a helluva talker.
