It can't be announced until they actually make the agreement, but from what I've heard it's not far off.

The only links I am seeing that there are talks are from the Auburn 247 forums and AuburnFootballFanForum. Nothing anywhere else.

I think you Auburn guys are taking these transfers a little too far.

Rumors don't generally have official sources you can link to.

is Grant morally bankrupt for transferring?

He'll probably ride the pine in Auburn too sadly, speed doesn't kill anymore I guess.

Just read an article from ESPN Insider...

The high school coach of redshirt freshman RB Corey Grant told reporters on Tuesday that Grant is leaving Alabama. "He's not bitter at all," Brian Blackmon said. "He just said, 'Once I got up there, I realized it's not the place for me.'"
Grant was a high-three-star recruit  in the class of 2010, touted for his ability as both a runner and a  receiver. He picked the Tide over SEC rivals Auburn and Florida before  the start of his senior season, then apprenticed behind Mark Ingram and  Trent Richardson. But with rising junior Richardson expected to be a  workhorse this fall and rising sophomore Eddie Lacy and four-star true  freshman Demetrius Hart behind Richardson (not to mention a commitment  from ESPNU 150 Watch List RB Kenyan Drake), Grant faced an uphill battle  for any playing time.
Blackmon said that he could not speculate as to where Grant might  transfer, with the possibility that Grant could drop down to Division  I-AA.

Per jeffery lee on rivals post

Corey Grant, the former Opelika standout who signed with  Alabama in 2010, is planning to transfer to Auburn and begin classes  June 27, the first day of the Summer Mini-Semester II. Grant also plans  to walk on the Auburn football team in the fall and try out at running  back.

However, Grant has yet to be formally accepted by Auburn so nothing is official at this time. These are only his plans.

Should  Grant be accepted by Auburn, enroll in classes and walk on in the fall,  he would have to sit out the 2011 season due to transfer rules, leaving  him with three years of eligibility starting in 2012.

Wish him the best of luck wherever he goes. Was confused why we went after him in the first place, but was content from taking a recruit from Auburn's backyard. He's not a typical Saban back and he knows it. Hope he finds lots of PT and success wherever he goes. (unless he goes to Auburn :p)

He's not going to Auburn noway he pays his own way and battles for PT again. Georgia Southern or somewhere like that is I'm sure where he goes.

"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships. Conference Championships and National Championships. I love it here because that's just not what I want, but what this fan base expects." --Alabama Head Football Coach, Nick Saban

If he wants to walk on and work his way on for PT more power to him. It'll be just as har to crash their depth chart.
