battle la was a good action flick- but it was as cliche as can possibly be.
for anyone who hasnt seen it- watch a preview, then sit down with a pen and paper and give the plot a shot. include every alien invasion cliche you can think of- and you'll likely be 90% correct with your outline.

Tokyo Sonata - 8/10

A good Japanese flick. It got kinda weird just before the end, but the final scene was great.

The last couple of movies I've seen are Unknown (I'd rate it an 8 out of 10) and The Grace Card (I'd rate it a 9 out of 10).  The Grace Card is a nice, clean movie with a great story IMO.  It had Louis Gossett Jr. in it who I haven't seen in a movie in quite a while (always liked his movies).  Was basically a good Christian movie about forgiveness, and I'd recommend it for all.

She's out of my league - 7/10. Movie was entertaining and funny in its own right, but the babe factor of Alice Eve knocks it up to a solid 7.

I want to high five you, but first I must ask, was the above quote an intended reference to the bowling alley scene? :)
