Evan Crawford pitched for the Tigers from 2006-08 and was the eighth round selection of the Toronto Blue Jays (249th overall). In Evan's first two years at Auburn, he was used predominately as a starter, making 30 appearances (27 starts) before moving into the bullpen in 2008. He finished his career at Auburn with 13 wins in 59 appearances with a 4.44 ERA, averaging 47 strikeouts a season. Since being drafted, he has spent his entire career in the Blue Jays organization, playing for the Class-A Short Season Auburn Doubleday's in the NYP League in 2008-09. He started the 2010 season with the Lansing Lugnuts in the Midwest League (Class-A) before being promoted to the Dunedin Blue Jays in the Florida State League (Class-A Advanced), where he finished the season with a 2.04 ERA in 35.1 innings.
