Yes, but it's primarily because the show is designed that way. The screeners let mainly just those callers in for the sake of "entertainment."

Finebaum is essentially the Jerry Springer of sports talk radio.

He's worth tuning into occasionally because he can draw in some really good guests especially during college football season.
