Nah I'm no Bammer, my house don't have no wheels. Just seeing things from the bigger picture from watching the game for many years. The skill positions will be fine of coarse, I'm more worried about the lines and D. For as they say, D wins championships

you have no idea what your talking about. Our O line is in very good shape and very experienced. Next year it will be a question mark. our defense is better then last year. You may not be a bammer but your not an Auburn fan or you dont follow auburn close enough to talk about it with any level of intelligence

I don't think you'll find too many Auburn fans willing to so boldly call out your "high school offense" and then turn around and make a laptop joke about your probably starting qb. Forgive me if I'm skeptical.

Don't worry about it. All the posters on the MSU board call me an Ole Miss fan for not saying our DLine is going to be better than UF and Alabama and for supporting our basketball team.
The trick to being liked: Just nod your head and agree that your team is the best in the country in everything.

meh (u like that razor)
Im still giving the guy the benefit of a doubt, I'll admit he was wrong on the record last year but hell I know a ton of "hard core" Bama fans that dont know any position coaches by name let alone Coordinators....
Auburn fans here know my sunglasses arent crimson......this guy is prolly for real, whether he's palatable to ya or not might be besides the point

Welcome Aubie
I don't wanna get in the Bama/Auburn pissing match but I have to agree with the high school offense thing.
Auburn was great for many years because they could get 3yrds from anywhere on the field. Power football wins in this league and I just don't see the Statue of Liberty, double pump fake, half back throwback, triple WR reverse being to consistent. I know I know but Tulsa aint in the SEC.

At least this one can spell.

"Johnny, we're going to kick your ass today." -UK Coach Fran Curci to UT Coach Johnny Majors before Curci's last game.
Final score....UK 21 - UT 10

Auburn's biggest problem was numbers. We played last year with 62 scholarship players available.
At one time last year we had three scholarship LB's available to play. 7 starters on special teams were walk-ons.
That's my biggest concern again this year. We match up well with most teams that we will face. But playing 11 weeks in a row will wear us down.
Now to Gus's offense: How many players on that offense did Gus get to recruit to?
His offense is predicated on not having to substitute to run the plays as fast as he wants to and to call which play he wants to run.
This year he will have more of what he wants.
