I took my kids to see "The Blind Side" last week and even though it was rated PG-13, I would recommend that every kid see this movie. It's gritty honest protrayal of life in the projects.
It was a very emotional movie, but one scene made my hair stand on end. When Micheal Oher was being "interviewed" by the NCAA investigator, I screamed out loud "you'd better get a lawyer". That shit made my blood boil.

Outstanding movie for all to see. My wife wanted to see it as bad as I did (almost) after she heard about it, and she doesn't really care much about football. We both walked out of the threater saying how much we enjoyed it.

I think me and my girlfriend are going to see it soon. She's been going on and on about wanting to see it for weeks.

The wifey and I are going to see it Friday. It has been pushed by all of the sports channels, it makes me wonder who is doing their marketing. I can see where the movie is more about family and making the best of your situation rather than the traditional football movie. I understand how it draws those in from outside of the sport. Sandra Bullock is a good actress to draw some of those wives who are sick and tired of foootball like mine. :)
