Not football, but we just landed a pretty great basketball player from Alabama named Danjel Purifoy.

Saw that, and looks like we're having a national TV debut as well.

Pearl is transforming the roundball program-  never thought I would really see the day when AU had a top flight bball team, now I am expecting it.  Things have changed a lot from the late 80s when I started paying attention to AU.  In a lot of ways.

I believe y'all hit a home run with Pearl.I like the guy's enthusiasm and style of play.I'd take the guy as a coach in a minute.

The roundball hype with Pearl has been fun. These next 2-3 years will be interesting for AU basketball.

Things are looking so-so for Martez Ivey right now, my bet is he ends up a Gator.

One thing is for certain; Pearl will WIN. Hopefully he sticks around and turns our program into a consistent big dancer. It's almost impossible to imagine...

Aubs I seen Kerryon Johnson play the other night I think he played RB, WR, FS, QB, ST returner. It was against an all white team that isn't to bad but I think he scored every time he touched it. He's fast but doesn't look to have the size for a RB is that what he's being recruited as?
"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban

I believe we've got him listed a "athlete".

Not sure if he's flipping to anyone right now. As long as we have Dameyune I'll think we're the team to beat. Obviously there's an insanely long time left in his recruitment.

You could tell immediately that he was gonna be one of the kids whose commitment was never solid. He's gonna get his deserved day in the sun to make his decision in front of thousands of people.

@TheRealBrave Now, that being said. It's been reported that the coaches have spoken to Craig about the tweet and that Craig told them his commitment is solid and he didn't mean he was going to decommit. His status for his official visit is up in the air because of his injury though and that's what the coaches believe it was about.

Martez Ivey gave his visit a 10.

Also, a lot of people predicting John Burt to flip to us soon.
