There's pics of Rashaan Evans doing that too and I bet it won't come to fruition.

Between Daron Payne, Trent Thompson and Albert Huggins I think Auburn lands at least one 5* DT in the 2015 class.

Another 5* DL Cece Jefferson has also shown a lot of interest for 2015. Is planning multiple summer visits and has already developed a relationship with Garner. UF was the team to beat with him before the season, but they're on field performance this year has put it up in the air for him.

4* safety Ben Edwards will be committing in two weeks. Another teammate of Jeff Holland and is a very smart, very physical safety. It's been known to be an Auburn/Stanford battle, but he hasn't even visited Stanford and LOVED his Auburn visits.

We definitely cannot pull in too much talent in the secondary... If we can build up our linebackers and secondary even into slightly above average units we're going to have a tough defense, and with the guys we're bringing in, we might actually have a truly good defense within the next two years for the first time since Tubby left...

I think we might already be there at LB.

Our two deep next year might look like this:

OLB - Cass McKinzy (Consensus 4*) Justin Garrett (3*)
MLB - Kris Frost (5*) Tre Williams (5*)
Star - Robenson Therezie (4*) Rashaan Evans (5*)

I can't wait to see Josh Holsey finally get playing time at CB. He's a special player. We need to buy time for Bessent, Roberts and co to get experience.

I think we might be, too... Of course the true freshmen will have to prove they can do it at the collegiate level, but they're looking like pretty safe top talents so far.. We could be one year away (2015) from actually having a top 30 defense again. I'd say we could go higher, but the nature of our offense is going to make it tough to ever be better than that. If McKinzy and Frost can improve upon their solid years this season they're gonna be an excellent tandem next year, especially with Tre Williams in the rotation.

Holsey and Mincy should both be solid this year... it's gonna hurt losing Davis and the Ryan duo, but I think Whitehead and Mackenro could step up at safety to help Holsey and Mincy at CB... Between them and the guys in this class we can at least cut down on some of the ridiculous passing yardage we gave up in 2013.

Rashaan Evans has eliminated Ole Miss and Georgia. It's just Auburn, Alabama and UCLA now.

Alabama and Auburn will now be the only visits Rashaan will take.

Both Alabama and UCLA worry me a bit, but now that Auburn is getting the final visit I feel much better.

Andrew Williams has said multiple times that visits are the key to his recruitment and he will be visiting Auburn for the fifth time this weekend. He hasn't visited anyone else even three times.

I think Evans and Williams to Auburn are two of the worst kept secrets in recruiting, but will still be a relief to see them put ink to paper.

I don't see a surprise in this class.

I think we finish with:

Rashaan Evans
Andrew Williams
Demetrius Kemp
30% shot at Braden Smith
20% shot at Treon Harris

That's enough for a very elite class.
