What's new @HFS

Rashaan is ALL AU baby
Not much. Dead period meets Christmas Break. Won't get much news until the All-American game practices start.

Today was a huge day for our commits in the 247 rankings and for one non commit.

Rashaan Evans was the biggest mover as he jumped to #15 and gained his fifth star. Tre Williams was the second biggest mover as he moved from 55 to 41.

Roc Thomas, Kalvaraz Bessent, Stanton Truitt and Stephen Roberts also all had minor jumps.

Expect Evans to move into the 5 star category on Rivals after the all-star games as well. It's really gonna help give us an extra pump in the ratings that could give us a top 5 class.

Andrew Williams has said that he is basically down to three schools; Auburn, Clemson and Ole Miss. South Carolina is a dark horse. Dameyune Craig is on this one and almost never misses on a guy he wants.

He will be announcing on signing day. I like Auburn's chances at this point.

Rashaan Evans has said that everyone is now even for him, which is good for us.

He's working out like crazy to prepare for the UA AA game. If he performs like he did in the Bama-Miss game he'll probably jump into the top 20 players on Rivals.

Said his decision will come in late january. He might be a signing day picker, but right now I'd say he commits soon after his last Auburn official.

I don't care how many stars they give Roc Thomas. He is a five star athlete. WDE

Now if we can just snag Rudolph and Evans, I won't even care if anyone else commits...

But I wouldn't mind Prestwood and Andrew Williams.

We won't have to stack the box, our athletes are better. Read the first sentence, Auburn won't have over 175. Bet anything you want, it's not gonna happen. That's the one thing Bama can do without a doubt 100% mark it down, and have been for years.

If you're going to bet, it will be longer than signing day. This is a rivalry that lasts 365 days, you would have to at least keep it until next football season or this isn't even worth mentioning. Besides, Bama could be winning late in the game and the scrubs get the 200.
Either way, it won't be happening to Bama's defense.

This was a HUGE commitment. Stealing a top lineman from a rival is always fantastic.

Someone said it. We can't take young DTs for granted and now we have a really good one.

Very disappointed in DaVonte Lambert though.

He failed a class this semester and was given a second chance to pass it online and failed again. He has 4 months next semester to try and pass it again. Wouldn't surprise me if he never makes it here.

Russell is that classic one technique we've been looking for. Has to ability to bulk up to 310-315 with a lot of muscle mass. If he continues to progress as a gap control defender he's gonna free up guys like Adams and Daniel to attack at will.

Failed one and needs another. No EE and shaky to qualify. Sucks. He is a straight up footballer but not a student athlete.

I don't think we have much shot at Rudolph. Looks like FSU or Alabama and Bama may actually be the leader which is a surprise.

I still expect us to put all of our focus on grabbing Rashaan and Andrew Williams and land both.

That should give us a top 5 class.

Five of our six committed players in the UA game will be playing on team highlight with Rashaan Evans and Travis Rudolph; Sean White, Tre Williams, Roc Thomas, Stephen Roberts and Kalvaraz Bessent. Should help that they'll be talking all week. Dontavius Russell is on team Nitro.

I don't know how much of a chance we have at Braden Smith, but he's worth whatever we attention we give him. He's 6'6" with a big frame and currently looks like a middle linebacker. He's gonna carry 300 with almost no body fat.

We're gonna get one middle of the week visit with Braden and we have to nail it. He really likes ND and A&M and his sister is going to TCU. If Greg Robinson leaves it would actually help our chances.
