yeah,  i know from anyone elses perspective it seems like the rich are getting richer

He has 1-2 years to play and would rather play for a team playing for a BCS title than a rebuilding unknown. UT has 2 4* high schoolers coming in this class in Henderson and Hendrix and another JUCO in Weathered (3 years to play 3) so I figure we will be OK. He would have slid inside to play DT for us and it was speculated he wanted to be more of a pass rusher than he would have been in our system.

We are well stocked at the Star position at this time. Garret returns after a medical redshirt year. I really hope Moncrief comes in and takes a starting safety spot.
Behind Evans at outside LB. Russell is my pick for the next biggest need followed by Williams.

The player I'm looking forward to most, honestly, is Roc Thomas. He is an absolute freak, one-of-a-kind type player. And of course I'm looking forward to seeing Sean White @ QB in the spring game.

I think Duckwheel will make an immediate impact, much like Patterson did at UT in his first year. Hell, in his first game.

I just don't understand Andrew Williams' ranking. He's ready to play multiple positions at the college level RIGHT NOW and his offer list is as impressive as it gets. Clemson, Notre Dame, Alabama, Florida, UGA, LSU, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio St, Oklahoma, Texas and USC all wanted him and yet he's barely a four star.

I heard Kamryn Pettway in an interview talking about how he couldn't wait to carry and catch the ball at the college level and wanted to be integrated in the offense in that regard.

He's the number 1 FB recruit in the country and that's what we're recruiting him as. I hope he knows that. We may need to have him replace Prosch next year.

If he can block like Prosch then talk about a dynamic ass player. Damn he would start at RB for at least half of the SEC teams

Assuming there are no surprises, all of our commits from high school this year will be from Alabama, Georgia and Florida. These are the states we NEED roots in as fast as possible. Maybe down the line if kids from NC, LA, AK etc show interest we can pursue but we need to dominate this area to dominate in recruiting.

I read this morning that we are after another tall DB.

Lamont Simmons is supposedly is our remaining  #1 target since he can play CB or safety.

We were recently reached out to by top 100 OT Braden Smith. No way to know where we stand now but he was interested enough to give us a call.

I think if we have a spot open on signing day we take Jordan Prestwood, but that's not overly likely.

Damn 6'2 I hope we get him, he was in Auburn a couple days ago. This is already the most rawly talented DB class we've ever brought in, can't wait to see how our secondary develops over the years.

If we can improve and upgrade our back 7 the next couple of years.

I'm thinking Black Crowes: Sure hard to handle now!

Look for Dontavius Russell's recruitment to go to the end. I don't see him making a decision until the week of or on signing day. That said, Auburn feels very good about their chances.

Coaches still feel very good about Rashaan Evans despite him saying UCLA leads. We'll probably pull even further ahead with him during the Under Armor AA game considering we'll have numerous commits and targets spending a lot of time with him. He looks to be another guy that will pick on signing day.

No one has heard anything on Andrew Williams. South Carolina has pulled into the picture. We'll get a much better read on him when the dead period's over.

There were rumors about Lambert being ineligible to enroll early. From what I've heard those rumors are false and he's finishing up his last class this week.
