Guess everyone's getting in on the action with secondary violations.

Georgia reports six minor NCAA violations
Published: June 3, 2009 at 1:17 PM

ATHENS, Ga., June 3 (UPI) -- The University of Georgia has reported six minor violations of rules governing collegiate athletics to the NCAA this year, documents indicate.

Citing information obtained from the university under open-records laws, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Wednesday that three of the six self-reported "secondary" violations involved the Georgia Bulldogs football program.

It's really SOP...every school has these and they're self-reported.  Again, who cares?

Everyone was nagging on Lane Kiffin and UT for everyone they got but as soon as your schools start reporting them they are no big deal.

It's 3 minor ones....  one of them was a couple of our guys getting free tickets to an NFL game from an ex-bulldog. In other words, DJ Shockley gave somebody tickets to a Falcons game later this year, and that is a violation. I really don't see that as something to get in a hissy over.

Our two alleged secondary (and VERY minor) violations from the recent "Big Cat" weekend not only got some Bama fans (BFNKY) here in a quite tissy, but actually made the top banner on the front page of the B'ham news.

I find it quite pathetic when any fan of one team (including Auburn) openly hopes for NCAA wrath brought down on a fellow SEC school.
