I can't get too excited at this point.  Give them 3 games and and see who is on the hot seat.

I am betting that it really heats up for the Weiss man this year.

With their schedule, Notre Dame has a good chance to win 8 or more games this year.

I'm surprised that O'Leary didn't do better.  He started out like the next great talent, but just goes to show you.  

Kiffin is on the hot seat because he's unproven.  That's to be expected.  If he can't win at Tennessee then his career is already over at a very young age.  I think that's why he's making so many stupid mistakes.  If he can settle down and put a game plan together, UT can field the players to win.
