Frank Solich has a solid Bobcat squad this year.   They lost to East Carolina in the Independence Bowl last season and beat Kent State 17-14 yesterday. Cats should win but probably won't be another laugher.  Defense will continue to be what I'm watching the most.

I want us to win handily, but yet I also want us to be tested much more than the sky hawks gave us. This team needs a stress test, and the confidence to play through some adversity.

I really wish UF had played. We only gonna have one week of film on them. I expect them to be vastly improved and/or healthy.

But, need to take care of business vs. the bobcats first.

Imma guess something like 31-17, Cats win.

On the flip side Florida only getting Eastern Michigan before us could work to our advantage as well.  They won't have the extra gel time we've had. Let's get through Ohio first.  Last time they came to t own they won in CRBs first year if I'm not mistaken.

Saw a picture of Towles throwing the ball...He wasn't using the laces....Is there a reason behind that?

Not really sure...some routes are so fast QBs are trained to catch the snap and throw ASAP.  Other QBs just like it that way...it's not how it's taught though.

Nice.  Saturdays my birthday.  Hoping my girlfriend magically makes some tickets appear since we couldn't put aside money for season tickets this year.

Bobcat front seven is pretty solid. Our O will not find the running lanes like last week and should be ready for a better pass rush. If Towles and co. execute well, we should be ok, but it may take the middle of the second quarter to get rolling.

I think our D will play with a little bit of a chip on their shoulder after stoops expressed some dissatisfaction on them. I look for some improvement, although their mobile QB may give us some trouble.

I still like my initial prediction.

Heard is doubtful for the game. Fortunately we have depth at RB, but it hurts losing our best back. "Boom" Williams didn't impress me much, but I expect a big game from Kemp and Clemons. This won't be a easy game.

-6?

Last week is all you needed to see to know that UK is a lot better.
Still probably 4-8 bad, but still a big difference from last season already.
