I honestly have no idea how to gauge TAMU this year. They're definitely the biggest wild card.

The west is loaded so they could easily end up 7-5 but still be a pretty good team. Their young players would have to grow up pretty damn quick for them to finish any better than that.

No defense and no stud QB and WR to save them.

Sumlin seems like he'd be a cool guy to play for.

I think they may only beat Arkansas in the West.

Maybe so. But imagine the glorious meltdowns if they don't-  College Station would look like the L.A. riots. And the Meltdown Time page on RBR would put the internet in a vapor lock...

Or Coach is worried about the team being to tired to learn.  You do know we have been topping 100 by noon in this part of the country.  You put me out in pads in that and I would melt like a Yankee.

Not to ruin your thread, but the timing too good to ignore.

Guess who cancelled practice today and brought his team to the movies....

With the way they're recruiting, i'd imagine they have a bright future. Although last year they're defense was actually worse than ours. O_o

No way it's worse or even as bad this year.

Yeah, but our logic is "well we already know we're gonna beat their ass so we may as well go to the movies" so it makes it ok.

I think it is a huge mistake for anyone to have really high expectations for any team. They will sometimes emerge with a personality you never knew they had. When, or if they do, it can be a good surprise or a bad surprise. Just be prepared to have a good time and roll with it. Be willing to be surprised!

Every team in the SEC is trying to get stronger,we'll see come kickoff.
