Well my next question will be: Do you have 10 D-Line that you can rotate on a regular basis. We did last year and we will do the same this year.

I ask because I think your defense will see about 70-80 plays this year. We only ran 55 last year.

yup.

edit: i read that wrong.

nope, but our strategy will not be based around stopping you from scoring. you only ran 55 plays for a reason.

conclusion: Auburn's DL is bigger than ours. I could've told you that.

our OL will still be the biggest line on the field come Saturday.
The conclusion is we have a bigger size and strength advantage over your D-line than you do over ours. Despite how big your O-line is.

Not to mention that our second team defensive line is also bigger, stronger and probably better than your first team defensive line.

There's almost no drop-off when we rotate lineman.

I like the optimism. I just wish you were ranked higher so it'd be more embarrassing when we leave you weeping on the plains...

2/10, which, incidentally, are almost the same numbers as your win/loss record last year.

Actually, we won 3. And last year means exactly Posted Image when we're talking about this year. Or did you learn nothing from 2012?

The game might be over in an hour with all hype of both of our running games.

I think Gussie is going to throw it around a bit.  Johnson is a lot more cerebral than Marshall I think and the team wants to pass the ball around more this season.  I'm not sure if Johnson will play 3 possessions or more, but I don't think he has Marshall's athletic ability and will be looking to pass.  I think both Arkansas and Auburn will attempt to make the other team throw.

I'm thinking 23-17 Auburn.
