Only ran 61 plays, and had ball for only 23 minutes, but that's offset by all the explosive plays we had, so not really a good indicator of tempo.

Still, play clock ran under 20 seconds many times. If we improve tempo, we could really start to make it hard on defenses. Of course, going fast is only good if you are getting first downs. Otherwise you hurt your own D.

I will say that other than Georgia who just looked damn good, any given Saturday we could take the rest of the East teams.  Will we? I'll believe it when I see it. Depth isn't there yet.  But its possible if the offense remains explosive and the defense does what they're capable of. There's hope, and that's been missing for a long time. We're not going 0fer in the SEC this year.
