Thank you Pudding.

Like I said, I love the traditions of college football. I do however have a problem with where they wanna do it. It's a classless move...

Anywhere on campus is fair game.  The Grove or Toomers would be fair game. I'd be pretty pissed if they did that in Kentucky.

The state house is closer to campus than the stadium.

Question for A&M fans, what are some of the places the Aggies do it at other schools?

There are going to be 20 Aggies and 50 Gamecocks there.
Everyone has better sh** to do on a Friday night, on both ends.

Weak showdown.

There will be more than 50 Gamecocks there. The State House is just a few blocks away from campus if that. The dorms are literally right down the street...

I like it, and will probably go to check it out if it sounds like a big crowd will show.

I honestly don't see why some consider this as disrespectful.   If it was the Horseshoe I'd feel differently, but it's the most logical and fairly neutral meeting spot for a pep rally.   The parks are closed at sunset and almost any other logical meeting spot in town you're going to be annoying residents trying to sleep.

That got me curious so I looked it up.  For the Bama game they held it at a bar and grille in Birmingham.   That leads me to believe this probably isn't that big of a crowd unfortunately. Maybe it will be for a season opener and all the added attention this one is getting though.

I didn't check if anyone was killed though.  Even if they were, to be fair it is Birmingham.

Lots more show up than you may think.

they had theirs at a High School in Springdale last year. They moved it there after word got out where they would be in Fayetteville. Bunch of drunk UA students still loaded up and went and heckled them.

I genuinely don't understand.
You're having a pep rally, but it's not at your school.
It's also not at the opponents venue or even an "A&M bar" in Columbia.

If I was a Gamecock, I would be too busy getting drunk to even bother with a bunch of weird A&M fans having a pep rally on a Wednesday night.

I'm sure they could find a good gay bat that would be more than welcoming to their kind...
