It indeed does, but Alabama had the rep as a winner long before Coach Bryant ever took the helm.

Depending on how you define OOC.  Since we are no longer in a conference with them, I count the Bonfire game in 1999 vs Texas.  But that was in conference at the time, so if we can still use it now we are in the SEC, the '88 Cotton Bowl against Auburn and Bo Jackson would be my top.

If you can't count either of those, the 1990 Holiday Bowl blowout vs Ty Dytmer and BYU.  I think he is still sore from some of those hits.
