I don't like bama or USC particularly.  But bama>USC 2010 for sure.

Just stop. Now you're whining. Every team has issues with the schedule. Every single one. For example, In 2013, we had three (3) straight road games in the middle of our schedule for the second time in three years.

And that is suppose to be comparable to six teams taking their bye week before playing you?

"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban

Look at the SEC top 25 opponents for 2014:  All 14 teams each play at least 3 ranked teams.  Auburn is playing 7.  We average 4.4 top 25 matchups per SEC team.  Zero for tOSU ranked as high as #6 in preseason polls.  I've attached links, I may have missed one but where's all the naysayers about the SEC being "down" this year and may not get into the playoffs, etc...?  How can anyone say we don't play anyone but each other (another lie).

Spurrier gets blasted for saying ECU would beat some of the lower rung Big 10 programs.  The top rung Big 10 program (tOSU) isn't playing any preseason top 25 teams.

2010 Teams
USC >= Bama

Stephen Garcia played unconscious that game... Arguing who was better is kind of pointless though. Neither team won the SEC. We were there but go drug up and down the field by Auburn...
If both teams played 10 times we would probably split the difference.

2013 Teams
Finished with same record with Bama having a slightly harder SOS. Would give the edge to Bama in this case, but who knows.

It is kind of funny to see Bama fans react like a kid that just had their ice cream taken though... Just can't admit defeat...

Bama had a tougher strength of schedule in 2013??

Both teams finished with the same record, SC beat 6 teams who won their bowl game, 2 teams who won a BCS bowl, and beat three teams that finished in the top 10(two of those wins coming on the road)....and finished the season ranked higher than Bama.

In their defense though they only lost the bowl game because the players didn't care and Saban wasn't worried about winning he just wanted to give his QB a chance to show off for the NFL scouts. And I'm sure he wasn't worried about the Iron Bowl either, he just wanted his kicker to have a chance to show off that awesome leg for the scouts.

The SEC is down this year.  Only 3 teams in the top 10.

I think Florida will make the top 25 and MSU should probably be up there.  aTm will fall out after week 1.

I expect UF and Mizzou to get in there, probably MSU as well. A&M will drop out, but I'm not sure it'll be after week one. SC will win, but they may not hold that against the Aggies too much since SC is a top 10 team. They'll probably drop them down to 25 or so unless they just get absolutely destroyed.
