Didn't see a thread yet for the 2014 NFL season, so we can start with this.

Not to optimistic about my Cowboys 2014 season unless the defense can gel quickly. The loss of Sean Lee at linebacker is devastating after letting Ware go to Denver in the offseason. The Cowboys offense should be pretty damn good if Romo is healthy. Dallas might have to win some shootouts this year. Unfortunately I think 8-8 might be a stretch for this team.

One thing I do know for sure in 2014, if the offense scores 40 points but the defense gives up 45 and Romo throws 1 INT, the loss will be all his fault.

If he can avoid throwing that pick on a potential game-winning drive or in the worst situation possible then he probably wouldn't catch much hell. Romo is a glorified Aaron Brooks. Puts up great numbers, makes mistakes at the worst time.

HOF game Bills vs Giants is one week from tonight.......I hate pre-season NFL, BUT, a day with football is better than a day without so I will catch some of it.

Cue the Scott Norwood references....poor bastard.

I have no clue what to expect of the Giants.   They were far worse than their 7-9 record last year....but the GM seemed to do a great job of replacing almost every weakness with quality players this offseason.

If they gel quickly, the OL should go from train wreck to at least decent this year.   That means Eli won't suck as much either.  Hopefully Reuben Randle has improved his route running as he was solely responsible for multiple INTs last year too.

David Wilson is cleared for full contact after his career threatening neck injury, and Rashad Jennings should help create a nice 1-2 tandem at RB.

They also brought in 800 new DBs it seems.

I'll guess 9-7 but miss the playoffs.

Expectations in the Jungle are Bengals should win AFC North again this year. Geno Atkins is back and healthy. Our defense just didn't have the same bite once he was out.  Hue Jackson and Paul Guenther replace Jay Gruden and Mike Summer at OC and DC respectively. Really wish we could have kept them, especially Zimmer. Now they're HCs for Minnesota and Washington.  Marvin Lewis and Andy Dalton need to shoe that Cincinnati can do more than just show up to the playoffs...we need to win some damn postseason games.
