"Whenever I see those crimson jerseys and crimson helmets, I feel humbled to have played football for Alabama. Other players in the NFL talk to me about their schools and their traditions. I just smile knowing the immense love Alabama fans have for our school and its football program. I'm proud to be a part of that Crimson Tide heritage."

If you can't handle the situation you can

A)Bow up and tough it out,or

B)break and run to a weak situation with the pressure being only one week a year.

The SEC isn't for sissies.

Mrs Meyer just needs to come to the understanding that her husband is a pansy and stop making excuses for his lack of spine and inability to handle adversity.

That's all I got to say about 'at 'aight 'air.

You think you're tough because Alabama is good at football or something?

Go drink some stool softener and calm down

Oh yeah...definitely a lot at stake. People around here used to think about it a lot more a few years ago. Even Spurrier said himself he considered retiring after uconn beat us in the bowl game. People used to debate who would be the best next step. From Spurrier Jr. to Ellis Johnson and a few others as replacements. But since we're doing a lot better now people are just trying to enjoy it while it's here and worry about the next step later. Spurrier Jr. could be a possibility, but people said the same thing about Skip Holtz. I think Shawn Elliott could be a could candidate, as well as our DC Lorenzo Ward. And obviously there will be outside candidates as well. I think it's a pretty appealing spot right now so we should be able to bring in a good name. It'll just depend on whether or not Ray Tanner makes the right choice.
