I've changed my mind about UGA's record...I think they'll finish 9-3, so they're ranked too high. Also Mizzou is too low, and I'd replace A&M with Mississippi State. I don't see ou finishing in the top 4 because they'll have to go undefeated to get in the playoffs, and I don't see that happening. Other than that it looks pretty good.

MO too low? I suppose all of the others were Top 25, but Phil Steele's was a Top 40. MO wasn't in it.

I think Mizzou can get 8-9 wins and finish around the top 25. Even if they only get 8 in the regular season I expect they'll get a more favorable bowl matchup and still come out with 9.

Oklahoma State as a top 5 underrated? I remember reading one of their forums after the Cotton Bowl and they are losing a lot and most of their fans said they will be awful this year.

I'm assuming you read oklahoma and ohio state and got mixed up. The cowboys are unranked in those polls. Like you said they lose a lot and everyone expects them to take a huge step back. They always seem to do that after a big season. They definitely don't reload.

Only two voted them better than SN. Phil Steele at 5 and Athlon at 7. Composite was 8. SN picked them at 8. If SN thinks 8 is overrated, then WTH did they put them there? Makes no sense.

In answer to your question, they will be a very good football team and will play both Oregon and Stanford at home this year. Being an even numbered year, they will play 5 conference games at home and 4 on the road. I think all of that is what Steele, Athlon, and even SN themselves is looking at.
