she was dumbass for not paying attention
the caller was dumbass for making a point in a tasteless way
but the biggest dumbass of all was the folks behind the desk that put this guy on trying to be the first to have news so they didn't confirm their source and filled her teleprompter with "I'm about to get fired" paragraphs.

Wasn't trying to find humor in a tragic event... I just thought it was funny. And you could tell he's a classic prank called who's been doing this since he was a kid.

- start out normal

- throw in crazy comment to prank the listener

- if you don't get desired response jus resort to the classic "you're a dumbass"

My favorite is the CSPAN prank call playlist.

"Am I on the air?"

"Yes, you're on the air."

"Posted Image."

"Thanks..."

Prince Albert was a brand of tobacco as well as a real person. Thus the prank was you asking if they have it available. They think your referring to the tobacco ,but when they say yes then you tell them they need to let him out before he suffocates. This apparently was funny in the 1800's when la hog and bbqit where making pranks calls as kids.

Ahhh. Didn't know it was a dip brand. Only ever messed with Cope and Skoal. The rest of it made sense, I knew PA had to be something else just didn't know what.
