dont you think that this crop would have to prove it's pitiful also? Seeing how it has to prove it could be great?

Names sake alone, yes there is no star power on the big boys squads.

But it's not pitiful, nor great...just unknown.

Exactly why I said "Until proven otherwise," it's far from 2013, which was already proven to be great after 2012.

I wouldn't be shocked to see unproven guys like Thompson and mason become the top 2'sec qb's though.

Why does Hunter Henry not get more love? He had a better season than Howard last year and Uzomah was ahead of him on the coaches' preseason all-SEC team.

And I don't think Collins will even be our best RB this year. Jonathan Williams doesn't get the hype that Alex does but both are very good

That may have more to do with their opinions of Brandon Allen than Hunter Henry.

A Marshall/Collins read option with a Cooper/Coates threat on the outside could not possibly be stopped.

When Mizzou joined the SEC, I investigated several SEC forums including that one. After derping around and reading it for a bit I immediately came back to this site and signed up. Welcome to the site.

if I had to guess bilemia (sorry can't spell his name on first thought right now) used a beat writer to start some competition for the job. all coaches have done something like that but maybe not the same way. the beat writer loves it cause he is now the "in" beat writer and coach gets a more fired up practice.
