Smoking the reefer, two days after attending a D.A.R.E. event for 200 youth at that. Sucks because we're talking about a 3 year starter at a crucial position.

I have an idea....let's burn some trees, get shake all over our clothes, and do 95 around town. What's the worst that could happen??

Pretty stupid and careless on Mincy's part... Weed should be legal, but until it is, these kids have to stop risking their futures for it. He's got WAY too much to lose to be out in public with weed.

As badly as we need Mincy, I'll be fine if we dismiss him from the team... These kids need to learn that they've got to make some sacrifices if they want to play football for a top program. If they can't lay off weed for four years, they don't have the necessary discipline to play for Auburn.
R.I.P Philip Luzenkirchen, recipient of Neil Caudle's first career TD pass.

Well I am guessing this is his first offense? If it is then it's a slap on the wrist. Very hypocritical on his part, but I guess everyone is a hypocrite at one point or another.

He'll get a half game suspension and Malzahn will call it a day.

I'm assuming it's his first offense. The suspension won't be too long. Y'all might as well put it up to a team vote.

Last year Malzahn dismissed our starting safety Demetruce McNeil for a pot charge.  He was a repeat offender but he was also the most experienced member of our secondary at the time and we were shallow at safety.  Depending on the severity of the charge I can see CGM taking a very hard stance...  Auburn is going into a tough schedule and if they are going to come anywhere close to what they did last year they need the team focused and Posted Image like this won't fly.

Is Mincy a repeat offender or is this first time? If it's his first time he will likely get just a slap on the wrist; if he's a repeat offender he could be off the team.

You have to get caught about 12 times to get kicked off the team

Yeah, if this is a first time deal, I doubt he gets booted.

I am not aware of any priors but I doubt he just gets a slap on the wrist (ie: half game, etc...)  I am guessing 2 game suspension.
