Lately it seems like we only capture them when the presidents poll numbers get bad enough .  See Benghazi suspect #1 who's been openly roaming the streets of Libya for evidence of that.

the timelines are all orchestrated. why do you think 100,000 immigrants have shown up in the last four weeks? surely we realize this is not a coincidence.
