A couple of seasons from Johnny's departure, we'll be seeing Kevin Sumlin in this discussion.

I don't  know he's recruiting well and has a pretty good scheme going if he can keep the upper hand on the whorns I think he'll do fairly well.
"I didn't come to Alabama to win 10 games a year and be a contender. I came here to win championships, Conference Championships, and National Championships. I love it here because that's not just what I want, but what this fan base expects." -Alabama Head Football Coach Nick Saban

Do me a favor and compare Butch Jones to Bret Bielema please.
Thanks.

Jones doesn't seem to be a bad hire at all but Biliema needs to put a fence around Arkansas as they say and stop letting the best recruits leave he has a scheme to play with anyone besides maybe the big boys if he kept the talent. Jones is gonna struggle with the lines he has and no real quarterback but he seems to get his players to play for him.

I'm going to be pissed if Tennessee accidentally hired a decent coach.

I think Vandys Mason is on the hot seat, if he doesn't win at least two games, he is gone

Expectations at Vandy are different than at Arky. Vandy will give Mason 4-5 years to get to a bowl as long as he keeps the program clean and scandal free.

Maybe, but he's more likely to sink to the bottom of the West, vying with Arkansas.  He will not be able to sustain against the likes of Bama, LSU, Auburn, and Ole Miss on a year to year basis, and he'll likely succumb to Miss State on a regular basis, too.

Since 1998

Alabama 5-11 with 7 losses in a row, one of them vacted, 8-6 from 93-05 with one of those losses getting vacated.
LSU        6-10, with 3 losses in a row.
Auburn   9-7
Ole Miss  9-7 with 2 losses in a row.
MSU      12-4  with 2 losses in a row.
A&M      41-26-3 all-time.

I think we'll be alright.
Nah man we blew it. We're never gonna be good again. I'm not even sure why bielema is even tryin he'll never compare to the coaching genius of les miles. Now there's a man who will eat as much grass as it takes to win.

If Chump loses to UGA and FSU again this year.. i think UF takes away his Jorts.

Either that or he fakes a medical issue and then gets a job with ESPN.

1-5 against Meyer and his 2 SEC Championships and 2 National Championships while your team was 0-fer.

With this AD it's literally the only way to get a good coach.
