T-Bones and Boudin....for those that don't know, Boudin is Cajun sausage mostly made in Breaux Bridge,  La.. It is awesome and I've been addicted to it for the past 10 years. So much so I'd rather eat a pound of it instead of a steak..I know it sounds crazy but it's that good if you've experimented enough with different families recipes, as they're all a bit different with different heat levels.
I order about 30 lbs of it a year, almost everyone I share it with loves it. If y'all ain't ever tried it, order some Poche's or Bodin's pork Boudin from Cajun Grocer online and give it a try, you'll be glad you did.....trust me, I'm kind of a Dr. lol!

Omaha Steaks Filet Mignon, chicken breast, and pork chops for the hi-pro glow; with some stuffed baked taters, lima beans, and green beans on the side.
