I hope so, man. I am sooooo tired of that streak. LSU is the only SEC West team that State hasn't knocked off since I was a teenager.
I'm certain the national media is relieved. They can kiss State's ass and go back to the old "Ole Miss is Waycist" narrative. Meanwhile I hope Gameday has fun in Morgantown. Look out for burning couches!

But I will say this, State is as good as we have ever been. We are just as good as those defenses in the nineties were, and they didn't have to play as many spread offenses and HUNH as we do now. That would have skewed some of those ridiculous defensive stats from that era a bit.

And Dak and co have been hashed over enough already. Have to consistently make FGs in the 40-45 yard range, and not have so many blocked punts.

I went to Haughton High School and played football for them. My dad was stationed at Barksdale AFB.

That's neat. I think Dak has probably made a small enclave of State fans down there.

When I was there they were all LSU or Tech fans. But I still have friends living there and I will ask.

They have more recruiting stars but they are no better than y'all. Lots of that with teams this year

Haughton by the way is just east of Bossier City.

Lol the typical We Are MSU moment would be to lose in the newly opened expansion to that USM team. Fortunately, I think that's close to impossible.
