If this doesn't force the SEC to move to 10 conference game schedule then nothing will.  What a pathetic lineup.  I see three maybe four top notch game but everything else is sad...

You had to know that the top-rate games are going to be on ESPN and besides there aren't usually too many standout games in the first 4 weeks. Also, I think you meant 9 games instead of 10.

The SEC Network is made to pick up the crap games that the major networks don't want.

huh?

Texas A&M at South Carolina
Arkansas at Auburn
Southern Mississippi at Mississippi State
Utah State at Tennessee
UCF at Missouri
Louisiana-Lafayette at Ole Miss
Kentucky at Florida

those all look like decent games and the others we would not likely get to see

I LIKE this - why the complaint??
They don't think it be like it is, but it do!

Is this a joke.....
I'm certain the national media is relieved. They can kiss State's ass and go back to the old "Ole Miss is Waycist" narrative. Meanwhile I hope Gameday has fun in Morgantown. Look out for burning couches!

Outside of MSU V Southern (and simply because it's State) there are maybe two games that hold my legitimate interest on that list.

UCF vs Mizzou and aTm SC are both outstanding games

AU vs Ark & KY vs UF are conference games

Utah State vs UT looks pretty interesting based on the performance of both last year - so does ole Miss LA LA

I think they put together a pretty compelling schedule based on the fact that they are a 2nd tier/would not have been on TV network...

I LOVE the B1G network & think that this lineup looks pretty damn good - better than I expected to see
They don't think it be like it is, but it do!

This lineup is better than I expected TBH, we aren't gonna get the huge games. Those will always go to ESPN or other primetime networks

This is the stuff the secn was always expected to get, so I doubt it.

I look at it this way... at least we have a choice of plenty of games whether the SEC Network broadcasts them or not.

Basically SEC Network is airing the games that used to be on the local channels...(e.g. JPSports games)

Exactly, THE SECN isn't supposed to be replacing other networks; it is just supposed to provide ADDITIONAL content that up until now we couldn't watch.

It merely fills the gaps in other network programming. If your team had games last year that you'd have liked to see, but weren't willing to pony up the PPV cost to watch, you'll get to see it on the SECN from now on.

If your team had basketball and baseball games that weren't televised, they now will be.

If you'd occasionally like to check out your team's softball or T&F that is never on TV, it now will be available to you.

That's what the SECN provides. They're also going to have regular series like SEC Storied, so we can all learn about the history and traditions of all member schools, coaches, athletes, games, rivalries, etc..

It's going to be awesome.

I'm confused about it's availability and cost hereabouts.
We're on Brighthouse and so is my daughter who is also in Windermere, but our son, who lives over near SeaWorld, is on Comcast.
Does anyone know if the SEC network will be offered by those cable companies?
