In 3rd place behind Bama and Oklahoma going into the final event, the ladies came from behind to win their 2nd consecutive National Championship.

It's actually a co-championship as Oklahoma finished with the same score.

In most gymnastics meets, there is a tie-breaker to determine the winner, and UF won the tie-breaker, so the OU girls actually started breaking down crying; but then they announced that the tie-breaker isn't used in the championship round and both teams would be awarded the National Championship.

Team Standing
Place Team Score
1 Florida 198.175
1 Oklahoma 198.175
3 LSU 197.600
4 Alabama 197.550
5 Georgia 197.050
6 Nebraska 196.500

Posted Image you, Georgia.

You suck at everything.

This is the 7th Gators team to win back-to-back championships in their sport.

Was nice to see Bama choke at something for once.
I had it on ESPN3 with baseball on the TV.

That Jeremy Foley dude has made a real habit and hobby of collecting National Championship trophies; the 21st century has been very good to us... hardly a year goes by where we don't win one or more in 1 sport or another.
