Fifth-year senior Eric Anderson (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) shined in a 4-2 win for Mizzou (14-16, 4-8) over Georgia (18-13-1, 5-6-1) with a complete game and two runs scored on Sunday (April 6) at Taylor Stadium. It was a historic day for Anderson as he set a career-high in strikeouts with 12, matching the most since Rob Zastryzny (Corpus Christi, Texas) also fanned 12 against Auburn last season. Anderson also threw his first career complete game, scattering six hits in the process.
