Easiest lemon pie ever!

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

Combine and spoon into a ready made graham cracker crust. Chill 20 minutes, then top with Cool Whip. Easier than making meringue! Keep chilled. It won't last long, though! :D

A variation to make it firmer would be to add a 3 oz. Philly cream cheese to the filling. Make sure it has been out of the fridge for long enough to be very soft. It is easy to combine when it is really soft.

Enjoy!

It's perfect for a child, and will give them a good sense of accomplishment! Very good first recipe!
