Maybe this makes me a bad Ole Miss fan, but I'm pretty sure I would root for Mississippi State. I hate Starkville and obviously I'm not a fan of State but I think my support would have to go to a Mississippi team. I was born and raised in Mississippi and my allegiances lie here, and Southern Miss is not a major program, so State seems like the best option.

I need to go take a shower now...

Yeah I'd probably opt for Ole Miss. Honestly I wish our schools would merge. Mississippi can't support two SEC schools, as evidenced by our collective lack of success.

to stay with a theme of being a glutton for punishment I'd pull for Georgia but I've always liked Georgia anyway so I pull for them regardless.

Added my wife is a Georgia grad.

I'd be a bear, but I'd feel a little dirty.

Outside the sec I dunno, maybe sparty.

And yeah (not that it'll ever happen) but can you imagine the team we could field year in an year out without cutting each others throats?
