No matter how bad our current coaches' SEC resume is, and make no bones about it because it is bad, he did not lose 8 games and also did not lose to Georgia Southern with a bunch 4 and 5 star kids. You're welcome for the gift of the worst QB play in Tennessee history.

Our coaches are better than yours, we will beat you.

Your coach has only been there 1 year, and he lost 7. He also lost to a team that even GSU could beat.

To top it all off, at least Muschamp can boast an 11-2 season... when's the last time UT won 11 or more games? A cool dozen years ago; and I wouldn't hold my breath anticipating the next time it'll happen.

And what gift are you talking about? We won by 2 TD's.

Tell you what, when you have a coach that can at least post a .500 record, we'll revisit the discussion that he may be competent. To discuss whether or not he's better than Muschamp, he'll need to at least post a season with double-digit wins.

Because as long as he's only posting losing seasons, he's Derek Dooley.

If we played you in November we would have won by two TDs. And your double digit season? Where the only win of note was a South Carolina team that just lost Lattimore and you got bounced hard by a Big East team despite massively out talenting everyone you played bar Georgia?

Lets not try to act like that's proof of Posted Image, because 7-5 and 4-8 stand out much more when your roster isn't littered with walk-ons and 2-3 stars. Find an offense or look up at the rest of the East once more.

Don't have a dog in this fight, but UF beat LSU, SC, A&M, and f$u that year...

I agree with you though that it was probably a fluke, and not indicative of Mushamp's coaching abilities. If he coaches there 5 more years they may hit the 10 win mark once.

It's understandable....probably the only reason I remember so well is because I constantly used that argument against UGA fans to tell them why UF was better than them that year.

I think Florida will be much improved from last year but that schedule is brutal. They will finish around 6-6 or 7-5.

They had a better resume but were not the better team.

Their o and d combo was not as good as UGa's.
