Depends if he is 180 lbs and sits at a desk all day.
I'm 6'2 215 ....and sit at a desk all day. Lol. My point was people are turning their nose up at 21 times. Yet many people couldn't come close to that

well, yeah  because they arnt 6'5  and 256 lbs,    And a professional athlete who works out 2 times a day.    That makes a huge difference.

Your dropping the bar on your stomach instead of your chest. Forcing Posted Image out of your anus.

1. Stop dropping the bar so GD hard
2. Aim for just below the nipples. If you fart when the bar makes contact, your too low.

With those long arms 21 times is still pretty impressive. Back when I worked out religiously I maxed 315lb weighing about 210lb and I couldn't have done 225lb 21 times.

I'm 6'4 its tough on tall guys I worked out with a guy that could max enough to make the bar bend but he couldn't even take it off or put it back on the rack. Short arm lil bastage was like Popeye.....
