225 on the bench is more difficult than most people think. That is a goal with bros everywhere to rep out 225. That being said... do they get to warm up at all? Or the hit the bench cold?

I think they stretch, but they dont get to warm up with 135/185 i know that.  Im with you on the 225 thing. I havent been doing it very long and was damn happy when i was finally able to throw up 4 plates. Not just throw up but actually workout with.

I see people in the gym put on 225, bring it down and damn near crush their chest, struggle to push it off of them and then re rack it. I just lol
