A tad bit overrated?

Fluker and Kouandjio both did 21 reps on bench, among the worst of the lineman. Kouandjio was second worst.

Kouandjio, renowned for his athleticism out of HS, ran a 5.56 40. Worst time of the day so far.

Oh no, now I don't feel near as good about all the wins and championships. Idk maybe it's a reflection on Fluker and K. Has noone from Bama done well at the lifting? Then you may have a point.

Cyrus was terribly overrated all year.

I don't think it really matters honestly, well, outside of players draft stocks. Fluker was a beast last year and Cyrus idk maybe he hasn't been training this off season, who knows.

2 players out of all the players he's worked with while on Saban's staff is a terrible sample size...

One theory I've heard is that Alabama players routinely under-perform at the combine strength tests due to them not being able to take the same PEDs that they take at Alabama.

long arms are a pain in the ass when it comes to the bench press...............both Fluker and Kouandjio are 6'7 and to make it worse they both have a wingspan that is longer than normal for their height.....luckily for both of them, the long arms make them a catch at the tackle position

I won't defend Cyrus K, he didn't have the work ethic like Carpenter, Warmack, Jones and others before him.

He got by on his skill set but Scott Cochran has nothing to do with his short comings. If he wouldn't put in the extra work...it's on himself.

Something happened after his knee injury. He was a physical freak early on. I read he's gained a good bit of bad weight since the regular season ended.
