I don't know why, and I'm probably fooling myself, but I have a good feeling about this weekend.

We've got an absolute gauntlet coming up.

Miss State
Nebraska (2 games)
South Carolina
UNLV (2 games)
LSU
Vandy
AU
Ole Miss.

If your arms can keep it up, then you have a shot against anybody.  They've been impressive considering how little experience they have

lots of talent. Killian has been as good an anyone in the SEC this year. And Oliver may be a 1st rounder in the next draft.

Bama hangs on to get a big win over No. 9 Ole Miss by a score of 7-6. Back-and-forth slugfest of a game that saw the lead change three times. Teams combined for 21 hits and 13 runs.

This one was a dandy. Excited to see how things play out the next two games.

Rebs lose a hard fought game against Bama 6-7
Win the game tomorrow and I feel good about our chances on Sunday with Sizzlin' Sam.
Good game Bammers

Yeah, our starting pitching outside of Turnbull is still iffy, in my eyes. Though y'all made Turnbull look pretty tame tonight. I was a little surprised to see both teams rack up so many hits/runs off the opposing starters.

After losing 2 of 3 (both losses by 1 run) to the Hogs last weekend, I'm hoping we can pull out a series win against an elite SEC opponent.

IDK if I would call us elite, unproven IMO.
But winning a road series in the SEC ain't easy, and we put up a big fight tonight, so I'm not worried. y'all are gonna be a good team this year if you can hit off of a Friday starter like that consistently.

I am excited for tomorrow. I hope I can say that after the last out, tho.....The only team I really want is baseball is LSU, tbh. I want to win every series. I know we won't, but I want to. But I usually want LSU extra badly in baseball.

I'm certain the national media is relieved. They can kiss State's ass and go back to the old "Ole Miss is Waycist" narrative. Meanwhile I hope Gameday has fun in Morgantown. Look out for burning couches!

y'all have a double dipper tomorrow? Both of us got tough series, we just lost to Bama.

Yep. But I like the tougher teams. It gives the guys a shot to know where we really are at this point in the season.

Yeah, same here, see how the young guys play against good competition, usually I would be disappointed after a loss but we played well.

Y'all knew this would be sort of a transitioning/rebuilding year anyway. OM has pretty well overachieved from what I heard most predict before the season.

My high expectations were for us to have a 15-15 record in SEC play, we really have overachieved from all mindsets so far. The problem is that some fans get their hopes too high too fast and expect Bianco to win every damn series, pisses me off sometimes.
