He racked up a lot of K's against us, but we hit the ball hard all ngiht.

Our offense if finally starting to wake the hell up.

8.2 innings, 6 hits and 2 runs..You should expect to get the win with a line like that. Trey Killian knows it doesn't work that way though.

You should expect to get the win with a pitcher having an era of 2, with 5 K's and only 1 walk?

I wish we'd cancel our two midweek games and focus on fielding drills.  Our fielding sucks, as does our hitting for the most part.

If we can score 3 runs then I feel good. Ellis has been good at home. We are 20-2 at swayze I believe

I meant the pitcher should expect a win with a line like that.

Much like Jalen Beeks and Killian against you guys.

Killian went a complete game, 7 hits, 1 run, 6 k's 1 walk. And got beat 1-0.

Definitely true. Although Van Horn has shaken up our lineup a bit and the hitting is coming around and we're actually getting some run support for once. Hope we can keep it up. Because with the exception of Ole Miss, our backend slate of series are very winnable.

With your arms every series is winnable. For some reason I feel like the road team always wins our series

I listen to talk radio after work and all the South Carolina fans are melting down.
"Ray Tanner would have done this" is their MO.
Hilarious.

Yeah, I turn the radio off whenever there's a caller segment.   When Ray Tanner was our coach we won 50 games and went to Omaha every single year....never underperformed!

Some people will never be happy though.  Unless basketball is their favorite sport, Gamecock fans should be giddy as Posted Image about our athletics program.

Get used to it.
We still have a lot of radio callers than pine for Spurrier.
That was almost 15 years ago!

Pretty boring game at Baum last night. Hogs beat Stephen A Austin 7-2.

Last night, we lost to our first non-SEC team this season.  We seem to be sliding in the wrong direction the last few weeks.

Hey, at least y'all got Auburn this weekend.
They're the team that got us back on track after a tough week.
