Yadi just got robbed of a walk-off homerun. The game's going into the 12th.

That game made me sick, pitiful. You knew the Red Sox would snap out of it eventually...but it's inexcusable with a 5 run lead.

TLS will be in Boston tonight.

And hopefully will be in the starting lineup.

It's about time, we need a charge. Let's hope it works.

What's he going to do about it?

Take a baseball bat to a Gatorade cooler, swing at it, and miss?

In case you were curious

La Stella's numbers from AAA -

.293 batting average
.384 on-base percentage

And in 167 at-bats...

14 strikeouts (ALL YEAR!)
25 walks (12.6 BB %)

Most importantly of all...he's left-handed.

Our lineup now has MUCH better balance. TLS is a strong batting average, strong OBP type of player. We don't have many of those in the lineup as it stands.

Let's hope he has that rookie start, the one where they don't know how to pitch him and he's on an immediate hot streak.

TLS will wear jersey number 7 (love those single-digit numbers) and will play his first ever MLB game at Fenway Park.

He's going to be good. High avg guy his whole life and has some power. Think Martin Prado power. Good for 7-15 bombs a year when he gets a couple years under him. Can hit to all areas of field. Hit over.350 for his career at coastal. And is solid defensively.
