Y'all should wait to call up MCJ until the next series.

Josh Brown writes for the Rome, GA newspaper and covers the Braves. He is saying TLS gets called up sometime this week, probably before Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Mark Bowman - easily the most reputable Braves source out there - came out with a new blog today, saying a TLS callup could happen 'sooner rather than later' after saying two days ago that it'd be a couple of weeks.

In my time following the Braves, I've come to believe that if Bowman says it'll happen...it'll happen.

Being in a slump feels bad, let's turn it around against @Mizzou_Fan and his bastard cards

We've lost 6 in a row and are 2 games away from being last in our division. I think we both need it pretty badly.

We're both 4-6 in the last 10 but we're sitting at .500 and 5 games back in the division.

Still 3-6 since you said it

Our offense is streaky because we have streaky hitters. It comes with the territory. I'm hoping when we remove Uggla from the lineup that some of that hold/cold differential will lessen.

I prefer to look at the 3-0... I dunno who did what to cause the 0-6, though there are some prime candidates here, but it came well after what I said so my hands are clean.

I'm still hoping we change our team philosophy on hitting, but that would require getting rid of Uggla, both Uptons, Heyward, Gattis, ...ok basically the entire team. It's fun when we're hot but it sucks when we're not... I'd really rather have a consistent attack.

Simmons isn't playing like Simmons right now...

I think Uggla has moved into an official platoon role, too bad it's with Pena.

3 base runners in 3 innings, nothing done.

Yunel Simmons? He sat out for 'a family matter' and he's playing bad defensively tonight instead of best in the majors... Hope everyone in his family is OK, but in the mean time we've got a team matter to take care of, too.

Harang can thank Andrelton and Johnson for these three runs. We definitely can't play bad defense when we aren't hitting.

We are catching ZERO breaks anymore. Heyward knocked the hell out of that ball.
